We have spoken before about starting a blog. Considering that you are actullay reading the fourth post of this blog, I can say that it is not as easy as it sounds. Of course, everything depends on what you expect from it, how do you see yourself and your blog on the long run, but I think you should always think abot all these questions before to start blogging.

The most important is maybe the editorial line. Indeed, the first aim of the blog was to be an online diairy. As we all know it has become much more and the “oriented”blogs have grown more and more on Internet. Consequently, if your aim was to speak about one of your hobbies, you better keep talking about it if you want to keep your readers coming on your blog.

Some may say that blogs speaking about the everyday life of the writer are also well visited, but once again, everything depends on your aim when you started blogging.

To conclude, I will not give any advise concerning the content that should appear on your blog. To be successful,  a blog should satisfy its owner first. But then, once you have got a bit of content, try to consider what we have seen above. Studying and working on your editorial line and the different ways to answer to the demand of your readers may be the difference between a few readers and a few hundreds of them…
